Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with JSD Space. The following policy explains where we ship, available shipping rates, order processing, tracking, and international delivery responsibilities.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and the size of the shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Within the United States

JSD Space offers free standard shipping to eligible addresses included in our USA48 shipping zone.

Shipping availability is determined by the delivery address entered during checkout. Addresses outside the USA48 shipping zone, including certain non-contiguous states, territories, military addresses, or other restricted destinations, may be subject to different rates or may not be eligible for delivery.

The shipping options and charges displayed at checkout are the final rates applicable to your order.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to eligible destinations for orders totaling $60 or more.

A flat shipping rate of $60 applies to qualifying international orders. Orders below $60 may not be eligible for international checkout under our current shipping configuration.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery services.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These fees are not included in the product price or the $60 shipping charge and are not collected by JSD Space unless specifically stated during checkout.

JSD Space cannot predict the amount of customs or import charges. Please contact your local customs authority for additional information before placing an order.

Oversized or Restricted Products

Certain oversized, unusually shaped, restricted, or freight-class products may have different shipping requirements.

When additional shipping charges or restrictions apply, they will be displayed during checkout or communicated to you before the order is shipped. We will not charge an additional amount without notifying you first.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery dates or transit times provided by JSD Space or the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed because of:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Customs inspections
  • Events outside our reasonable control

JSD Space is not responsible for carrier or customs delays after a package has been transferred to the shipping provider.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We will make reasonable efforts to update the order, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after processing or shipment has begun.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears to be missing items, or has not arrived after the carrier marks it as delivered, please contact us promptly.

Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of damaged products and packaging, when applicable
  • Any relevant carrier or tracking information

We will review the situation and assist with the appropriate carrier claim or available resolution. Please keep all original packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Returned or Refused Shipments

Packages returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, unpaid customs charges, or failure to collect the shipment may require an additional shipping payment before they can be sent again.

Any refund eligibility will be determined according to our Refund and Return Policy.
